At Ardmore Design, we want you to be completely enamored with your home accents. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original artisanal packaging and include all tags to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
